easy access to stunning cenotes and local parks
During my stay, I was thrilled by the beautiful and spacious room. The incredible closeness to must-see cenotes like Cenotes Sac Actun and the lovely Jungla Maya Native Park, making it perfect for those who enjoy exploring natural wonders on foot. however, it would have been better if the restaurant were closer to the hotel for easier dining options.

Spending time here was great, especially with the access to multiple cenotes, which made for a fun-filled day. The room featured a spacious kitchenette and a lovely patio, perfect for enjoying the local breeze. The staff provided quick, friendly assistance during check-in, ensuring we felt welcome even at late hours. However, the barking from the dogs outside at night might not appeal to everyone, and there were minor cleanliness issues in the common areas.

Amazing Access to Cenotes and Friendly Staff
I spent two wonderful days in a Junior Suite with a pool view, and the access to the cenotes was definitely the highlight of my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to help me when I left something behind! A slight improvement could be made with the dining options, which were a bit limited.
